Production Base
PRB factories are located in the Pearl River Delta region in southern China, which is an ideal place to brew soy sauce due to favorable natural conditions, such as subtropical climate and abundant sunshine.


Two factories cover nearly 40,000 square meters in total, and have the capability to manufacture liquid, semisolid and powdered condiments of 60,000 tons every year, with the adoption of modern and advanced equipment and product lines.

Manufacturing Technique
Pearl River Bridge has specialized in condiment brewing and production for over 50 years, with the principles of natural, healthy and tasty food. With many years of service and experience to global high-end markets, Pearl River Bridge has a strict production procedure and combines traditional experience and advanced crafts excellently within every links during the strict manufacturing and material selection process. Pearl River Bridge selects top-class raw materials. The whole production cycle lasts about 130 days including selection, impregnation, stewing, natural brewing and drying, sterilization, plain sedimentation, membrane ultra filtration, HTST sterilization, packaging container-washing, sterilizing, liquid filling, gland bush, labeling, code-spraying and encasement as well as other procedures. Products manufactured by Pearl River Bridge perfectly maintain their delicious and natural flavor of dense soybean and are full of nutrients in an age-old method.
