
Pearl River Bridge has three laboratories, which include a Technology Research Center, Research & Quality Inspection Center of Food Engineering and an Extraction Laboratory with an area of more than 1000 square meters. The pilot plant of Pearl River Bridge covers nearly 500 square meters. There are 73 technicians and 28 full-time researchers, experts and consultants, including 6 highly educated staff (master degree or above) and 12 intermediate professionals. Staffed with specialized technical personnel with medium and senior technical credentials, Pearl River Bridge has a talented resource of staff that will continue to develop and build a strong foundation for the companies economic outlook and advance the technology used for brewing and food safety research. The Research & Quality Inspection Center of Food Engineering is established with the help of RHMT, a UK authorized inspection body, who helped with design and on-site guidance from ︱ English experts according to the ISO/IEC1702 standard. The Center has been approved by the China National Accreditation Laboratory (CNAL) and is the first laboratory with national certification. The inspection report issued by Pearl River Bridge Research & Quality Inspection Center of Food Engineering is internationally recognized on the grounds of the Mutual Recognition Agreement, made and entered by the China National Accreditation Laboratory and the 48 accreditation bodies in 39 countries such as the USA, UK and Germany.
