When the global economic crisis broke out at the end of 2008, downsizing and salary-reduction was the subject of all the media. The establishment of Guangdong PRB Bio-Tech Co., Ltd after restructuring responded positively to the national policy, that is, no downsizing and no salary-reductions, and made tremendous efforts on the employment issue. At present, three officers are studying for EMBA at a famous university, and 9 mid-high officers are training for a high level course in Presidency. Pearl River Bridge uses the OJT training model, with tutoring being carried out on a one to one basis amongst staff.
