The project titled Research & Development and Application of Yeast Flavor-Enhancing Technique in Traditional Brewing completed by PRB has been honored in the 2007-2009 Science and Technology Award of Guangdong Food Industry Association.

Recently an official notice from the Guangdong Food Industry Association confirms that the project titled Research & Development and Application of Yeast Flavor-Enhancing Technique in Traditional Brewing completed by PRB has obvious innovation and technical advancement that reached national leading level. The high turn-out have brought evident economic and social profit which promotes the development of provincial science and technology of the food industry. The project has been honored Science and Technology Award of the Guangdong Food Industry Association for 2007-2009 after accreditation and validation.
