Baked Codfish with soy sauce

原料Ingredients:
Codfish 200g (about 6x9cm),Onions 15g, Carrots 25g, Celery 15g, Coriander stem and root 25g, Ginger chips 15g,PRB light soy sauce 2 tbsp, PRB dark soy sauce 1 tsp, PRB cooking wine 3 tbsp, salt dash.

做法

How to make the dish:
1. Cut onions, carrots and celery into 6cm long sticks, mix with ginger chips, coriander stem and seasoning.
2. Use the above to Marinate the codfish for 2 hours.
3. Deep-fry the marinated codfish until slightly golden. Then wrap the codfish in aluminum foil and put into a preheated oven at 200℃ for about 10 minutes.
